| For maintaining and utilizing physical, academic and support facilities etc., the Institute places the suggestions before Board of Management. After that the Institute prepares the budget, which is sent to BTI section of Ministry of Culture, Govt of India. BTI sends it to Financial Division of the Ministry for approval. After the approval is obtained, the Ministry releases the budget amount in favour of the Institute. The money utilized is audited by different Audit agencies of Central Govt. After that Utilization Certificate is prepared and sent to the Ministry of Culture. |
