Quotations from interested person(s)/firms are invited for running the departmental
canteen of the Central Institute of Buddhist Studies (Deemed University), Choglamsar, Leh.
Interested bidders must submit their applications in the prescribed proforma available
at the Institute office during working days.

The duly filled proforma along with bio-data indicating relevant experience should be
submitted to the office of CIBS, Leh on or before 23 March 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. The contract shall be for one year, extendable based on performance.
2. The Institute reserves the right to cancel/reject the contract without prior notice.
3. Rent-free space, water, and furniture will be provided. Electricity charges must be paid by the contractor.
4. Proper hygiene must be maintained in the canteen.
5. No student of CIBS shall be engaged in the business.
6. Sale of cold drinks and objectionable items is prohibited.
7. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is required.
8. Weekly menu must be submitted with the application.
9. Essential items may be sold at reasonable rates below market price.
