• Scope: Procurement of conservation laboratory furniture, tools, equipment, conservation materials, chemicals, binding materials and other items as specified in the Annexure/BOQ.
• Eligibility: Registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors or suppliers having valid GST and applicable statutory registrations and relevant experience.
• Warranty: Minimum one year from successful installation/commissioning for equipment, unless otherwise specified.
• Quotation Validity: Minimum 60 days from the last date of submission.
• Submission: Bidders must submit the prescribed tender along with required supporting documents and complete technical and commercial details.
