Institutional Development Plan

The following initiatives outline the priority works to strengthen infrastructure, governance, and student services at CIBS.

1. Construction of Quarters for Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Accounts Officer etc.
2. Revision of the MoA & By-Laws of CIBSin line with UGC/MHRD notifications issued from time to time.
3. Repair and maintenance of Guest House, Hostels, Academic Block, Administrative Block, Auditorium, and Staff Quarters.
4. Automation of Examination Department and Library.
5. Construction of Group C (previously Group D) Quarters.
6. Construction of new Academic Building for Traditional Courses.
7. Construction of Sowa Rigpa Hospital.
8. Re-electrification of the campus.
9. Construction of a Souvenir Shop.
10. Replacement of transformers on the campus.
11. Repair / roof treatment of Library.

12. Reallocation / regularization of Staff Quarters
